19.30 – 21.00
Music is conveyed to consciousness via sensory organs in the form of the ears, in which
Mechanical energy is converted to electrochemical energy and then transformed in the brain to sensations of sound. It is the heart center, anahata chackra, that is responsible for the reception of the internal sound in relation to the vibrations of all creation.
With continued sounds, a focused mind and deep mindful breathing, the individual can access and listen to their own “inner sound”.
Yoga teacher Beatrice Petrini Asselta and Violinist and Composer Hezron Chetty have been working together since 2017 to create a space where movement and music blend together to bring you a unique experience.
The practice is a 1-hour Vinyasa based slow flow where the element of music guides the practitioner deeper into a sensorial journey.
We end with a 15 minutes relaxation with the sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls.
All music has been created and crafted specifically for this experience.
Join us as we delve into a space rich with notes, vibrations, and conscious movement!
The practice is open to all levels and experience.
