Classes

The Shala is a space for people to explore the practice of yoga with the support of inspiring and highly trained teachers. We create an individual experience for each student and offer a wide variety of classes both in studio & online.

Our classes aim to build strength, mobility and flexibility through effective body alignment and intelligent sequencing. We focus on finding balance between traditional yoga philosophy and modern anatomical study including the muscular, skeletal, nervous, endocrine and lymphatic systems.

Join our in studio classes

Step 1. Book your class via our website or the Mindbody app.
Step 2. Arrive with your face mask 10mins prior to class for temperature checks and hand-sanitizers.
Step 3. Studio attendance is capped at 50% normal occupancy, place your yoga mat in a demarcated area.
Step 4. Take your sanitized yoga props and return them to the unsanitized cupboard after class, allowing us to sanitize them again.

Join our online classes

Step 1. Book your class via our website or the Mindbody app.
Step 2. Download the online conferencing app.
Step 3. Class link gets sent to your email 30min prior to class start time.
Step 4. Attend class live in real time, or automatically receive 24hr access to the class recording if you were absent.
