“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” – C Jung

Our bodies and inner landscape naturally resonate with the cycles of Nature, the changing patterns of the seasons.  As the new buds of Spring appear, our attention too, is turned towards new growth, after the Winter’s hibernation, the sap is rising, seeking dynamic movement toward life-giving vision and purpose.

What does it mean to connect to the essence of Spring? The element of Wood?  Liver & Gallbladder? Life bursting forth everywhere, with purpose, direction. The Liver in Chinese 5 Elements is known as “the seat of the dreaming soul” – that which takes us from dream to action from vision to manifestation. The part of us that is our unique expression of Life.

We will move through a practice that explores our relationship to anger and compassion, control and adaptability and in so doing, intentionally begin to cultivate our unique inner vision, our “why”.

“Give time, give space to sprout your potential. Awaken the beauty of your heart – the beauty of your spirit. There are infinite possibilities.”
