As everyone has access to a wall at home its the most convenient yoga prop.
The support, alignment and stability that a wall can offer in the practice of Yoga Asana will be explored in this 2 hour workshop. Tamsin will take each participant through a slow and strong sequence on the wall. In standing poses the wall offers superb alignment feedback. In inversions the wall offers safety and support to gain the strength and stability required to balance. In back extensions the wall offers deeper opening and freedom in the spine and in twists the wall offers the best shoulder releases.
Space is limited to 21 students.
