Join guest teacher Caitlin Rose Kenney for a 2-hour workshop exploring yoga postures, visualizations and sound vibrations that restore your vitality. According to ancient wisdom, our vitality is directly linked to the health of our kidneys and if our kidneys are imbalanced then all the other systems in our body suffer. To boost our kidney qi (pronounced ‘chi’ or in yoga terms ‘prana’) we will light up the map of the Kidney Meridian in the body through attention, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. We will cultivate resilience and vital energy on all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) with intentionally chosen yoga poses that stimulate the kidneys. Come discover this extraordinary way of practicing that boosts immunity, heals wounds, and recharges us on the deepest level.
