Turn it upside down with me in this fun and informative handstand workshop
We will look into the drills and disciplines needed to build a safe and sustainable handstand practice.
Starting with the hands, we will work our way through the elbows, shoulders, anterior and posterior chains of the body, as well as the legs and feet – discussing and feeling out the role that all of these play in a stable handstand. At least half of the workshop will be spent on our hands as we put all of the above into practice.
The workshop is suitable to those just starting their handstand journey or to those who want to solidify their handstand, but a fair physical fitness level is required.
