An introduction to the fundamentals of arm balances and inversions.
This workshop is designed to give beginner to intermediate practitioners the tools and practical steps to start working towards including arm balances and inversions into their practice, but advancing practitioners will also have the opportunity to get back to the basics and fine tune their arm balancing practice.
You will be in for an afternoon of fun and excitement as we open with a warm-up flow before moving into the break-down of each individual posture. There will be enough time to play, practice and discuss each asana.
