Restorative Yoga: Is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental & emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating & relaxing the body. The postures are mainly seated postures & the holding time is 5 ~ 10 minutes each.

Chakras: The Sanskrit word chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation & Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy through out the body. There are 7 main chakras, which align the spine, starting from base of spine through to the crown of the head. Each of these main chakras contains bundles of nerves & major organs as well as our psychological, emotional & spiritual states of being. Opening & balancing these main chakras can assist in a faster & greater ability to heal your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual issues .. & within that presents an opportunity to rise into your fullest potential & live life fully.

Please join me for a deeply Restorative Yoga workshop, focusing on opening, balancing & harmonizing the 7 main chakras. I will also be guiding you on how to integrate the use of essential oils, crystals, mantras & affirmations that support each chakra & within that, holding a safe space for this deep & transformative practice.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners.
