True power comes from activating the deep core line, which allows for greater stability, better alignment and more mobility and flexibility within yoga postures.

Suspension yoga develops incredible strength because the core must be engaged to balance and stablise the body while practicing in the hammock.  Pulling and climbing up the hammock quickly improves upper body strength by activating different muscles.

This workshop focuses on establishing a deep connection to core and moves through suspension foundations to more challenging sequences and postures designed to build your practice from the ground up.  You will learn to confidently use the hammock to support your body both on the floor and in the air.   Expect to stretch and strengthen your body in new and exhilarating ways.
