Nada Brahma Project
Nadha Brahma means the whole creation and creator are just sound.
with Beatrice Asselta, Hezron Chetty and Francesca Biancoli

Friday 2 June

19.30 – 21.00

R250

Music is conveyed to consciousness via sensory organs in the form of the ears, in which mechanical energy is converted to electrochemical energy and then transformed in the brain to sensations of sound. It is the heart, anahata chackra,  that is responsible for the reception of the internal sound in relation to the vibrations of all creation.

With continued sounds, a focused mind and controlled breath, the individual can access and listen their own “inner sound”.

Join us for a yoga and sound experience where the element of live music  creates a deeper meditative space to allow the practitioners to fully immerse into the vibration of  sound  through the flow of body, breath , mind and consciousness.

The practice will be half flow / half slow and open to all levels.
